marathons & races —

Finish-line photos. Delivered before endorphins drop.

Road marathons. Trail races. Ultras. Tens of thousands of photos in a single morning — and runners who share within the hour, if you get there in time.

why it’s different —

Three things every race
organizer already knows.

The finish line is the money shot.

Arms up. Clock in frame. Medal on. That’s what gets posted. Miss it, no mile-marker shot makes up for it.

Volume crushes timelines.

Thousands of runners. Tens of thousands of photos. A three-hour window. If sorting happens weeks later, the excitement has gone cold.

Runners share in real-time or not at all.

The finisher selfie hits Instagram within minutes. Miss that window and you lose the share — and the sponsor visibility.

Marathon · Case study

46. Sombor half-marathon — 32k photos, delivered the same evening

Sombor, Serbia · 17 May 2026

“We’ve been doing this race for years, and the one thing we could never crack was getting photos to runners the way they needed it. You got it – they want their own photos. Our photo team is incredible — they deliver every time. But browsing through more than 32,000 photos from a single race day? Nobody’s up for another marathon that same evening. With EventLens, the SD cards come off the cameras, and by the evening of the race day our runners have all their photos. This is our third year together, and honestly, I can’t imagine going back.”

common questions —

Questions race
organizers ask first.

Depends on your photographers’ upload cadence. With a coordinated team, finish-line shots typically land in runners’ galleries the same day. We align targets with you during the demo.
Both. Organizers place photographers at key zones — start, checkpoints, finish, medal area. All shots land in each runner’s single gallery.
If your photographers shoot it, yes. Expo booths, medal ceremonies, sponsor activations — everything flows through the same pipeline.
Three options: keep your existing photo team, hire ours, or run a mix. For large races, adding extra finish-line coverage is common. We help scope the team during the demo.
Bib recognition is on our roadmap, not live yet. Regardless, each runner gets a personal gallery directly — no searching required.

Each event also gets:

Digital frames

The organizer’s branded frame, for the runners to add to their photos.

Up to 5 logos per photo

Organizer and sponsor visibility on every shared image.

Privacy controls

Athletes can opt out of sharing anytime.
